A Project Director/ Construction Manager is sought by a reputable Tier 2 Builder, to manage an established project delivery team focusing on industrial construction projects.

The Opportunity:

Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder on industrial construction projects from $20 million to $150 million

You will be managing around 15 direct staff and another 10 indirect staff

Typically you will be managing teams across 6 projects in the construction phase

$300k package upwards, discretionary bonus, car parking spot

Reporting to a National General Manager

Focus on construction projects in the $20 - 150 million range

Established client base, with full order book of work for 2025/26 in excess of $200 million

Solid national client base

You will have:

A Construction Management Degree or similar

Previous experience in a Senior Project Lead role, or a Project Director/ Construction Manager role with a Tier 2 Builder

Previous Industrial construction experience is essential

Jobpac and MS Project experience sought

A steady career history and proven construction management background

Solid people management experience, with ability to lead, train and inspire

Strategic planning expertise, and strong program management experience
