Your Next Chapter: Day Service Manager – Mullumbimby
We’re on the lookout for an exceptional leader — a “batteries included” kind of person — to step into the role of Day Service Manager at our Mullumbimby hub.
This is no ordinary management role. You’ll be the heartbeat of REDinc in Mullumbimby — guiding and empowering your team, building strong community connections, and shaping programs that support participants to smash their goals and live life to the fullest.
You’ll bring a can-do attitude, a deep belief in inclusion, and the leadership spark to inspire others. You’ll love being hands-on in developing programs, fostering a workplace culture where staff feel valued, and creating a center that’s known for excellence, connection, and innovation.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Thrives on leading people and unlocking their potential
Champions diversity, inclusion, and human rights
Has 4+ years’ experience in the NDIS space and at least 3 years in a leadership role
Knows the Disability Service Standards inside-out
Brings strong people management, performance, and ER experience
Is an exceptional communicator with the emotional intelligence to build trust and resolve challenges
Has “next level” organisational skills and tech confidence (Microsoft suite + other platforms)
Holds (or is willing to obtain) a Certificate III in Individual Support / Community Services, plus current First Aid & CPR
