About the Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Service Manager to lead our Rathmines service. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and fostering strong relationships with children, families, staff, and the school community.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and educational experiences.

Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), Child Safe Standards, and Active OOSH policies and procedures.

Manage service operations.

Build positive relationships with families, the school community, and other stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the growth and success of the service.

About You
We are looking for someone who is:

Passionate about working with children and creating a positive, safe environment.

A strong leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Experienced in managing an OOSH or childcare service.

Knowledgeable about the NQF, ACECQA requirements, and relevant legislation.

Essential Requirements

Diploma in Children’s Services (or working towards) – or equivalent

Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification.

Accredited Child Protection training.

Previous leadership experience in an OOSH or early childhood setting is highly desirable.
