About the Role

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday. You will play a key role in supporting our team looking after all the administration and after sales for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries in person, via email, and over the phone.

Handle after-sales support and general administrative duties.

Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom environment.

Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage.

What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational and administration skills.

Excellent time management and attention to detail.

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Basic computer literacy.

Previous experience in the pool or spa industry is an advantage, but not essential.
