The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing client payment and default processes, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business administration. This role requires a highly organised and proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders efficiently.
This is a 6 month contract with a possibility for extension. This is a permanant part time role which is based in our Warners Bay office 9am-3pm Monday - Friday. Please note, this is NOT a remote / work from home role, please do not apply if you cannot be in the office 5 days per week.
Customer Service – Ensure the team responds to client enquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person.
Payment Management – Process client payments, reconcile accounts, and follow up on overdue invoices.
Defaults Process – Monitor default lists, send payment reminders, and liaise with clients to arrange settlements.
Sales Support – Assist with lead follow-up, manage CRM data entry, and prepare sales reports.
Client Onboarding – Coordinate welcome communications, schedule introductory calls, and ensure smooth handovers.
Business Administration – Maintain accurate records, prepare documents, and manage office systems.
Team Collaboration – Work with sales, operations, and management teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Continuous Improvement – Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
