The Role

You will be the first point of contact for clients and the go-to for office administration, including:

Managing adviser calendars, scheduling and rescheduling appointments and meetings

Booking travel, accommodation, and transport, and preparing itineraries

Handling correspondence via phone, email, and mail

Maintaining digital and physical filing systems

Liaising with clients, vendors, and stakeholders

Managing confidential information with discretion

Monitoring office supplies and coordinating orders

Assisting with projects, research, and database updates

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in administration or reception, ideally in financial planning or professional services

Comfortable working independently and making decisions to keep things moving

Strong organisation, attention to detail, and clear communication skills

Professional and discreet with sensitive information
