Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely updates and resolutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in line with company procedures.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, delivering a professional and personalised service.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within the residential construction sector.
• Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
