The Company:
Our client is a successful and well-regarded Perth-based builder, working across Residential & Commercial projects. Established around 20+ years ago, they're renowned for their client-first approach and the amount of repeat work they deliver for their clients.

The Opportunity:
You will serve as the main point of contact, providing updates from the construction stage through to the maintenance phases of the project. You will also oversee the acquisition of Building Permits, requiring only minimal engagement with local authorities.

• Supporting up to 30 clients - Not project builds
• Providing clients with updates throughout the construction phase and continuing up to six months post-maintenance
• Adhoc admin as required

About You:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an outstanding client-centric approach and aims to advance their career with a company they take pride in representing in the market.

• 1+ years of experience working in a similar role for a residential builder
• Experience in Client and Maintenance Liaison for a project, Modular or Custom home builder
• Exceptionally high attention to detail and Customer-centric focus
• Strong organisational abilities and Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
