About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences? At TR Homes, our Construction Liaison Officer plays a key role in supporting clients through one of the most exciting journeys of their lives – building a new home.

As the main point of contact from the start of construction through to the completion of 6 month maintenance, you’ll ensure clients receive clear communication, regular updates, and dedicated support throughout the construction process.

Your day-to-day will include:

Acting as a trusted liaison between clients, Yard and Site Supervisors, and suppliers

Coordinating and managing client communications and updates

Preparing documentation and progress reports

Supporting successful and timely project delivery

Conducting client handovers with professionalism and care

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

A confident communicator with a client-first attitude

Experienced in a client-facing role, ideally within residential construction

Highly organised and detail-oriented

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

A natural problem-solver with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Skilled in building strong relationships across teams and with clients
