Call Centre & Administration Officer – Health & Home Care
Part-time or Casual | Tuesday – Thursday, 9:00am – 5:00pm | Highett, VIC
About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated person to join our Satellite (central call centre) team at our Highett headquarters. This team supports our GP clinics and home care services, acting as the first point of contact for patients and clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering calls from patients and home care clients
Handling new enquiries and providing accurate information
Booking GP appointments
Organising staff schedules for home care visits
Performing general administrative duties to support service delivery
You will work with a small, supportive team who value fun, professionalism, and a shared purpose. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in the growing health and home care industries while making a real difference to people’s lives.
About You
We are seeking someone who is:
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Passionate about helping others, particularly older people
Experienced in customer service with a professional telephone manner
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Confident with computers and willing to learn new systems (training provided)
Reliable and eager to be a valued part of the team
Previous health or home care experience is an advantage but not essential
