We're seeking a versatile Mobile Technician to join our team at The Mobile Guru Pty. This all-rounder position combines technical expertise with customer service excellence, supporting our mobile device operations from order fulfillment to customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment & Operations

Process and fulfill online orders efficiently and accurately

Pack products with attention to detail and quality standards

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Ensure inventory accuracy and proper handling of mobile devices

Technical Support

Perform device resets and basic troubleshooting procedures

Utilize online tutorials, documentation, and AI tools (LLMs) to resolve technical issues

Stay current with mobile device technologies and repair techniques

Document solutions and maintain a knowledge base for common issues

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service through various channels

Answer customer inquiries about products, services, and technical issues

Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

Communicate technical information in clear, understandable terms

Required Qualifications

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn independently

Comfortable using online resources, tutorials, and AI tools for troubleshooting

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Customer service experience preferred

Basic understanding of mobile devices and technology

Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities

Desired Skills

Experience with mobile device repair or technical support

Ability to swap or replace mobile device components (screens, batteries, charging ports, etc.)

Hands-on experience with mobile device disassembly and reassembly

Familiarity with repair tools and techniques for smartphones and tablets

Familiarity with e-commerce order processing systems

Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience

Self-motivated with strong initiative to research and solve problems
