The Role
TasTAFE has a unique opportunity to join our Contact Centre team working from our Burnie campus. If you love customer service, this full-time role could be exactly what you’re looking for.
At Client Central, each day brings new challenges and opportunities in a vibrant, fulfilling, and enjoyable work environment. Whether you are just starting out in your career or you’ve got decades of experience, we want to hear from you (especially if brilliant customer service is your thing).
On any given day, you will:
- Spin through customer service duties with finesse, answering phones and emails from the public with style.
- Work your magic with documents and emails using various software and programs.
- Dive into the admin hustle, from managing fleet vehicles to admissions and enrolments.
- Tame the data jungle with precision, while revamping office procedures for top-notch efficiency.
What you bring:
- A passion for delivering amazing customer service (this is not negotiable)
- A level of tech savviness (no, a laptop restart does not solve everything)
- Exceptional communication skills
- A willingness to play a vital role in a team environment (you’re a team player)
A current Working with Vulnerable People registration is required, or the ability to obtain prior to commencement.
