As we expand across Australia, NZ, and the UK, we’re on the hunt for a sharp and diligent BDM/Estimator to join our Sydney team.

What you’ll be doing:

Quoting and scoping exterior cleaning projects for commercial, strata, heritage, and government assets

Visiting sites, gathering first-hand data, and determining key cost variables

Researching labour, materials, and access requirements

Preparing clear and competitive proposals using your estimating and business acumen

Driving new business growth by building relationships with facility managers, councils, strata companies, and commercial property groups

Representing Wash Drones at client meetings and industry events

What we’re looking for:

Experience in estimating, quantity surveying, or technical sales in FM, cleaning, or construction

Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented mindset

Comfortable with software tools (Excel, CRM, aerial mapping)

A confident communicator who can build trust with clients and suppliers

Organised, reliable, and proactive

A current driver's licence is essential

Bonus points for:

Exposure to drone tech, building services, or asset maintenance

Qualifications in engineering, construction, or related fields
