We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for Digital Marketing and to be responsible for marketing our amazing B2B product, identifying marketing opportunities and executing against our exciting growth strategy.

The opportunity:
This is a hands-on practical role ideal for someone eager to take ownership in an independent, in-house marketing position where your input and execution will have a direct impact. You’ll work across diverse marketing functions including digital advertising, content development, social media, email marketing, SEO, and landing page enhancements. Experience with influencer partnerships and video editing will be a strong advantage.
We were fortunate during the COVID years in that we didn't need to market the product at all. Now we need an all-rounder who can develop and grow our presence across various channels.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
Google & Meta Ads: Launch and oversee paid advertising campaigns with a strong focus on driving results and scaling growth.
SEO & On-Page Optimization: Perform keyword analysis and enhance product and landing pages to improve visibility in organic search.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content tailored to both DIY enthusiasts and professional builders—spanning social platforms, email, and web pages.
Social Media Management: Take charge of scheduling, posting, community interaction, and performance tracking across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Linkedin (and others).
Landing Pages: Work closely with the team to build high-performing pages for launches, sales events, and lead generation.
Email Marketing: Design and execute campaigns, onboarding sequences, and customer journeys using CRM system (currently pipedrive or equivalent HubSpot).
Video Editing (Bonus): Create and refine short-form video content and reels for social media using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere.
Influencer Management (Bonus): Identify, brief, and manage influencers and content creators to foster genuine brand collaborations.
What you’ll bring:
Experience and passion for developing and managing marketing campaigns including social media channels and communities
Experience of planning, delivering and optimising social media campaigns
Experience of working to brand guidelines and house style guides to produce content
Experience of managing digital marketing for a B2B product, working with several different stakeholders
Experience of co-creating content with users and managing user generated content
About you
You have high energy and enthusiasm to try new things with a fail fast, fail often attitude
2+ years marketing and/or social media experience & digital marketing
Great copywriting and content creation skills
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Very organised!
A multi-tasker who can flex to the different needs of the business and likes getting organised and getting stuff done!
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Very good eye for design/detail
Bonus would be experimented with multiple different tools and techniques; likely to have built their own social media profile or that of a brands
