As part of our front-of-house lteam, you will:

Deliver gracious, polished service in line with classic French hospitality

Guide guests through an exceptional culinary journey, pairing wines and dishes with confidence and charm

Liaise seamlessly with the kitchen and Management team to ensure a flawless guest experience

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years’ experience in fine dining

Deep understanding of French cuisine, wine, and service etiquette

Leadership qualities and a poised, professional demeanour

Availability for evening and weekend shifts
