THE CLIENT.

The property management team boasts long-term staff, thanks to the Directors’ strong engagement and commitment to work-life balance. This agency refuses to compromise on service; 150 properties throughout Camden, Narellan, Gregory Hills, Elderslie & Campbelltown is the max you will look after until you are across your portfolio inside out!
This role has become available to reduce workloads across the team and maintain their exceptional service standards.
We may consider 4 days per week for a Senior candidate.
THE ROLE.
- Portfolio of no more than 160 properties, Property Tree
- Conduct property inspections, coordinate maintenance, and oversee lease renewals.
- Ensure compliance with property legislation and maintain high service standards.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly.
- Deliver timely, accurate reports to landlords.
- Resolve issues proactively to avoid escalation to NCAT.
- Delegate to a Property Officer who helps with routines

- Portfolio primarily covers Camden to Campbelltown, full mix of style and location of properties to keep it fair between PMs

- Ongoing training and mentorship provided by experienced leadership and department heads.
- Work from home options & flexible working on offer
- $80,000 - $100,000 (for the higher end you will need to manage more properties)
- Bonuses paid monthly for keeping portfolio neat & tidy – Extra $5K per year!!!!
THE PERSON.
- Property Management Experience 2+ years
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a professional environment.
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- A passion for real estate and delivering exceptional service.
