About the role
The Customer Service Officer - Aquatics position supports the health and wellbeing of the Inner West Council community through providing professional customer service and assistance to all users and members of the centre in a high-volume customer environment. A key focus of this role is to deliver excellent customer service through providing up-to-date information on services, programs and activities to all Centre users. The role has a strong face to face element in order to assist customers as required, receive feedback and promptly resolve complaints from public within scope of authority.

Remuneration
$32,216.47 - $38,882.34 based on 20 hours per week pro rata + 12% Superannuation
