We're looking for a customer service representative who shares our dedication to helping customers find their perfect piece of jewellery.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service. 😊

Use CRM, POS, and other software to record information and communication.

Manage individual appointments and work to reach quarterly and yearly targets set by management. 📈

Maintain a clean, professional, and organized showroom. 🛋️

Manage customer payments, orders, and provide admin support to the team.

Perform daily setup, maintenance, and packing of merchandise in the showroom.

Required Skills/Experience:

Excellent customer service and consultancy skills. 🗣️

Ability to achieve customer service targets and manage customer relationships effectively. 🤝

Availability for late night Thursday and weekend work.
