We're advertising again—not because someone left, but because our recent hire chose to pursue another opportunity. We're now looking for a new team member to join our busy reception team.

With several new doctors starting, things have picked up, and we could really use your help. We're ideally looking for someone available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays to start—but if you're available every day, even better!

About the Role:

You'll be performing standard medical reception duties, including:

Answering phones

Checking patients in and out

Taking payments

Taking and relaying messages to doctors

Using Best Practice software

Responding to emails

Sending faxes

Scanning and filing documents

We pride ourselves on having a supportive team culture with a young, professional vibe. Full training will be provided, so previous experience is a bonus but not essential.

What We're Looking For:

Someone reliable—showing up when rostered is non-negotiable. If reliability is an issue, this isn’t the role for you.

Strong customer service skills

Professional presentation

Good spelling and attention to detail, especially when taking messages

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

We start all new team members on a casual basis to ensure it’s the right fit for both sides. If things go well, there’s the opportunity to move into a more permanent role if that is your end game.

We close over the Christmas period and on all public holidays so we all get a chance to rest and recharge.
