LOLAS Darby St is growing, and we’re looking for two talented chefs to join our vibrant kitchen team:

What You’ll Be Doing

Work closely with our Head Chef on menu planning, recipe creation, and food cost control

Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standards.

Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and ensure compliance with food safety regulations

Collaborate with our front-of-house team for seamless service

Bring ideas, energy, and pride to everything we plate up

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a similar fast-paced role

Strong knowledge (or willingness to learn) about food, flavour, and exceptional service

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Solid understanding of food safety and health regulations

A positive, can-do attitude and team-focused mindset

Bonus points: Baking skills or a keen interest in baking for our breakfast role
