What You’ll Do

Be the warm, welcoming face of our practice

Support the Chiropractor to deliver an exceptional client experience

Managing bookings, admin, payments, communications, and daily operations

Keep things running calmly and professionally in a busy environment

Engage with our community and help educate practice members on their care

What We’re Looking For

Experienced in admin or front desk roles

Warm, approachable, and a team player - with a “let’s just get it done” mindset

A natural leader who can take initiative and bring energy to the team

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable communicating on the phone, in person, and online

A calm multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting

Has a genuine interest in health and wellbeing

Passionate about improving the lives of locals and growing the patient base

Has a reliable car and is happy to travel between two locations

The Details

Casual role with 10-15 hours per week based at our Normanville practice. Flexibility to cover staff leave will be highly regarded.

Shift hours are:

Tuesday and Thursday 8:00am-11:30am and 2:30pm-6:30pm

Full training will be provided in a supportive, wellness-focused team environment
