What You’ll Do

As our CA, you’ll wear many hats, but every role you play will centre around creating an extraordinary patient experience. You will:

Be the first smile and the last impression: Greet patients warmly, make them feel valued, and ensure every visit is seamless.

Master the art of scheduling: Manage bookings, reschedules, and cancellations with precision, keeping patients on track with their care plans.

Support the team: Assist chiropractors with patient flow, relay patient needs, and ensure the clinic runs like a well-oiled machine.

Handle the details: Manage payments, phone calls, and practice management software with care and efficiency.

Inspire wellness: Educate and encourage patients to stick to their care plans, helping them achieve their health goals.
