Job Summary:
Shift Spinal Health is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Chiropractic Assistant to join our team as a casual, possibly transitioning to full-time in the new year. This role supports our chiropractor in delivering exceptional patient care while contributing to the smooth operation of our practice. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, a background in customer service, and the ability to work independently. Flexibility to work split shifts is important.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist chiropractors with patient care, including preparing treatment rooms and supporting patients during appointments.

Greet and check in patients, manage scheduling, and handle basic administrative tasks.

Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and welcoming clinic environment.

Provide excellent customer service to enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications:

A background in physical fitness or related fields is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable using social media platforms and creating content (experience a bonus, but not required).

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Ability to handle light physical tasks, including cleaning and assisting with patient setup.

Availability and willingness to work split shifts as required.

Schedule:
Casual, up to 28 hours per week, potentially becoming full-time based on clinic needs and performance. This position requires split shifts (e.g., morning and afternoon/evening sessions) to accommodate clinic hours and patient needs.
