Synergie Australia is seeking Trade Assistants for a major bus manufacturing company located in Edinburgh, SA.

The important parts:

• Shift: Day Shift, 6:30 am – 2:36 pm
• Pay: $32.50 per hour plus penalty rates
• Start: Immediate start available

What you will be required to do:
This role involves supporting skilled tradespeople across paint, panel, mechanical, and electrical areas to ensure high-quality production and efficient workflow.

• Assist tradespeople with a variety of tasks in paint, panel, mechanical, or electrical areas
• Support production and assembly processes to maintain quality and efficiency
• Operate hand and power tools
• Follow instructions, safety procedures, and maintain a clean workspace
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets

To be successful in the role you will:

• Have some experience, interest, or aptitude in mechanical, electrical, paint, or general workshop work
• Be willing to learn and support skilled tradespeople
• Be reliable with a good work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Have working rights in Australia
• Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role
