Estimator – High-End Residential Apartments

North Sydney | Salary Range $80k to $100k + Super (DOE)

Due to continued success, they are now looking to appoint a dedicated Estimator with experience in multi-residential apartment projects to join their team.

The Role: As an Estimator, you will play a key role in tendering, cost planning, and pricing across a range of new residential apartment developments. You will work closely with the Directors and construction team to ensure competitive and accurate submissions that reflect the quality and standards the business is known for.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 to 5 years experience estimating residential apartment builds
• Strong knowledge of current market rates, construction methodology, and trade pricing
• Proficiency in relevant estimating software, Procore and Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
• Qualification in Estimating, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a tight-knit team
