About The Job Role

• Seeking an Estimator / Contract Administrator or Quantity Surveyor who is able to produce project estimates for tenders and support live projects.
• Job role will cover project tenders through to variations and procurement.
• Experience in the use of Cubit.
• Position will based at the company's office near Mascot.
• Salary between $90,000 and $120,000 plus super.

Duties

• Preparation of tender documentation.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) take-offs, materials and labour costs.
• Evaluate and compare subcontracts and supplier bids.
• Value Management alongside the Project Manager.
• Source new trades alongside Project Manager and Contract Administrator.
• Manging RFI's.
• Procurement.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering or any other related field.
• Proven experience of estimating for luxury residential projects or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of the BCA / NCC and Australian Standards.
• Understanding of construction materials, methods and techniques.
• Knowledge of Cubit.
