About the role:
We’re on the lookout for a motivated and hands-on Sales & Site Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out on-site, meeting with builders and clients, and turning plans into projects.

What you’ll be doing:

Visit residential and commercial job sites to measure and quote for insulation

Read and interpret building plans to prepare accurate estimates

Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and contractors

Identify and approach new business opportunities

Conduct regular follow-up calls and maintain a pipeline of potential clients

Attend meetings and site walkthroughs with customers

Support general sales activities and administrative tasks as needed

We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience in sales, estimating, or the building/construction industry

Can confidently read building plans and take accurate site measurements

Is self-driven, proactive, and well-organized

Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Holds a valid driver’s license (site visits are a big part of the job)

Is comfortable using a laptop and basic quoting software
