You will be part of a highly technical & widely diversified specialty construction company. With a company philosophy based on teamwork and creative management.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Science, or a related field. Equivalent years of hands-on, relevant experience will be considered.

Have a solid background of 2 – 5 years in construction estimating.

Proficiency in interpreting and deciphering construction drawings.

Methodically analyze documents from main contractors/clients to ascertain project scope and structure project pricing accordingly.

Proficient in identifying pertinent stone items from architects/designer drawings for accurate quantity measurements.

Conduct thorough research to select suitable stone suppliers for pricing inquiries and establish comprehensive supply and manufacturing budgets.

Skilfully estimate project budgets and prepare quotations by meticulously completing pricing schedule matrices with unit rates for each item.

Diligently compile all necessary pricing documents for submission, including clarification notes, marked-up scope drawings, draft programs, and materials schedules.

Maintain an organized showroom, facilitating the delivery and arrangement of stone samples as needed.
