The Role:
Lead a dedicated, multisite team delivering vital Targeted Early Intervention services, supporting families to address challenges early, reduce risks, and strengthen relationships. You’ll help improve parenting skills, address safety concerns, and connect families with the right supports — enabling children to remain safely at home.

This work often involves crisis intervention, practical assistance, skill development, and building strong links to community resources to ensure long-term stability and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Case Workers delivering best-practice care
• Oversee case planning, referral pathways, risk management, and care compliance
• Provide expert advice and training across casework matters
• Ensure accreditation and compliance with OCG and DCJ standards
• Work in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders

About You:

• Minimum 3 years' of experience working within Child, Youth & Family Services / Domestic Violence prevention and intervention.
• Prior experience in a leadership, senior, or mentoring role
• Degree-qualified in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (essential)
• Sound knowledge of OCG compliance, child protection legislation, and trauma-informed care
• Strong documentation, risk assessment, and case planning skills

Location:
This role is based onsite in Campbelltown, 2560 with travel to local services as required.
