We are a leading supplier of automotive glass and related products, servicing both trade and retail customers with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and exceptional customer care.
About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — providing professional, friendly, and efficient service. Your day will be varied, from answering enquiries and processing orders to coordinating deliveries and ensuring accuracy in our warehouse processes.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues
Process sales orders, issue invoices, and handle returns/credits
Prepare and verify documentation for accurate and timely order fulfilment
Organise deliveries, liaise with freight companies, and coordinate driver schedules
Perform stock transfers, stationery orders, and inventory checks
Assist with debt recovery when requested
Maintain WHS compliance and promote safe work practices
What We’re Looking For
Office/customer service experience preferred
Punctual, reliable, and approachable
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work well with others and build strong customer relationships
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
