We're partnering with a leading essential services provider to recruit Customer Service Officers for their fast-paced contact centre. These roles are perfect for individuals who thrive under pressure, are confident with technology and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Position Details:

• Start Date: Either Monday 25th August or Monday 1st September
• Location: South-eastern suburbs of Perth, with free onsite parking
• Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Shifts: Include days, evenings, nights and weekends (24/7 roster)
• Duration: 12 months with potential for extension
• Pay Rate: $35ph + super
• Training: Paid, full-time training (Mon-Fri) for the first 2 weeks
• Work-from-home: Potential for remote work on late/night shifts (management discretion)

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customers calls
• Accurately triage and log customer calls
• Navigate multiple systems to record and escalate queries
• Communicate with internal and external teams
• Provide calm and clear guidance to customers during high-pressure situations
• Handle high call volumes during peak periods
• Follow strict safety, compliance and escalation procedures
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls and actions taken
• Consistently deliver empathetic and solution-focused customer service

What We're Looking For:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High level of computer literacy and multitasking ability
• Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
• Team-focused and adaptable
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• National Police Clearance required (or willingness to obtain)
