We're looking for a friendly, organised, and tech-curious Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. This is the perfect role for someone with a passion for helping people, amazing phone manners, and an interest in building a career in technology.
What you'll do:
Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
Be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring every interaction is positive and productive
Log and triage incoming IT requests into our ticketing system
Provide initial troubleshooting where possible, or direct issues to the right technician
Follow up with clients to keep them informed and supported
Maintain accurate, detailed records of all client interactions
You'll be a great fit if you:
Have exceptional phone etiquette and a genuine desire to help people
Take pride in creating a great first impression
Are curious about technology and eager to learn more
Stay calm, organised, and friendly in a fast-paced environment
Have strong attention to detail and follow-through
What we're looking for:
No formal IT experience required – we'll teach you
Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call centre, etc.) highly regarded
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
A proactive, positive, and professional attitude
Must have permanent right to work in Australia
Must be willing to undergo a National Police Check
