About the Role
This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys being on the phone and has outstanding communication skills. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to professionalism, care, and results.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling client feedback, complaints, and conflict resolution with professionalism and empathy.
Contacting property owners regarding withdrawn or lost listings.
Completing customer care calls, including feedback and testimonial follow-up.
Assisting sales teams with just-listed property calls and customer engagement.
Providing day-to-day customer service support across various teams.
About You
You’ll bring:
Previous call centre or phone-based customer service experience.
Exceptional phone manner and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and resilience when handling complaints or conflict.
A people-first attitude with a genuine passion for delivering excellent client experiences.
Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Experience in real estate or property is not essential, but a strong service background is highly regarded.
