About the role

This is a full-time Customer Service - Admin Assistant role based in Darra, Queensland with Advanced One Pty Ltd. You will be an integral part of the customer service team, providing high-quality administrative support to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience.

What you'll be doing

Handling customer enquiries and complaints via phone, email and live chat

Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations

Communicate with customers regarding bookings, job updates, and payments

Handle general inquiries and direct to relevant team members if needed

Assisting with the coordination of logistics and scheduling

Collaborating with the wider team to implement process improvements

Contributing to a positive and productive team environment

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer service or administrative support role (HVAC industry experience is preferred but not mandatory)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues professionally

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Competent in the use of MS Office suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook

A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
