Business Support Officer
Help residents and families feel supported from the very beginning.
Moving into aged care is a significant life change. As our Business Support Officer, you'll play a vital role in making that transition smooth and reassuring. You'll be the first point of contact for families, guiding them through the process with empathy and professionalism, while keeping things organised behind the scenes.
You'll provide general administration support to the site working closely with the Manager and other team members to ensure everything runs smoothly.
About You
You're a natural organiser who brings calm to busy situations. You enjoy helping people, solving problems and making sure the details are taken care of. You're confident with admin, comfortable speaking with people and take pride in doing things properly. Prior experience in aged care admissions, admin or customer service would be an advantage and a willingness to learn is most important.
You're someone who understands the importance of compassion and clarity especially when people are navigating change.
You must be available to work on Mondays and Thursday. Other days are negotiable.
