TMS is a family owned business that operates between Monday and Thursday. We are seeking an Office All Rounder/Administrator to support the Director.
Permanent Part Time
School friendly hours; 3 days per week, 4 hours per day. Tuesday and Thursday is a must.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in accounts, and/or office administration.
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:
Bookkeeping including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Weekly Payroll and Bank Account Reconciliations using Xero
General office administration including filing, scanning, printing
Human Resources duties including checking timesheets, maintaining employment records, managing leave requests and so on for our growing team.
Manage and promote Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Manage online store through Etsy and BigCommerce.
Support the Owner / Operator in all levels of Business Administration including planning, preparing.
Support the business by developing, maintaining and updating systems and procedures
Other office support & ad hoc duties as requested
ABOUT YOU;
strong communication skills; both written and verbal
a can do attitude
experience in Xero (required)
previous experience in bookkeeping/office administration (preferred)
Experience in Trade industry (desired)
intermediate level in Word and Excel
detail orientated
ability to work unsupervised
strong understanding of customer service and client management
Casual hourly rate will be negotiated based on experience approximately $35-$40ph.
