Now, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Leasing Associate to join their ranks.

This position will see you focusing on a mixed asset class, expanding on established networks, and prospecting for new listings. You will be a strong negotiator and can easily adapt to change.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Commercial Sales & Leasing agents
• Prepare property leasing submissions.
• As directed arrange and distribute of monthly e-mail and tenant requirements and quarterly newsletter.
• In most cases be the direct point of contact with all landlords.
• Negotiate the leasing /sales transactions with the landlord/tenant.
• Instruct and liaise with a solicitor to finalise lease/sales documentation.
• Respond to customer telephone calls as required.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Property inspections with tenants/buyers, etc.

• A certificate of registration is essential
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience working in a sales environment
• Residential candidates will be considered.
