About the role

What you'll be doing

Applying mechanical engineering principles to design, develop, and optimise mechanical systems and components

Conducting detailed analyses, simulations, and tests to evaluate the performance and reliability of mechanical systems

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of mechanical engineering solutions

Identifying and resolving complex technical challenges through innovative problem-solving

Providing technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards

Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance the company's engineering capabilities

What we're looking for

Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Expertise in the use of Solidworks software

Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar mechanical engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
