ZEB Engineering, Perth WA

ZEB Engineering are currently looking for a degree qualified graduate engineer to join our dynamic, passionate and growing team of water engineers.

As part of the role, the successful candidate will be involved in:

Hydraulic design of dewatering and water distribution networks

Equipment specification and selection

Producing design reports

Management of design reports

Project management and delivery of projects end to end

The required skills and experience for the role include:

A Bachelor Degree qualified engineer (Mechanical, Civil, Process)

A good understanding of fluid mechanics

Knowledge of engineering drawings, such as PFD's and P&ID's

Knowledge of electric motors, starters, PLC's and power supply systems (incl solar)

Experience with Bentley WaterGEMs software

Experience with CAD Packages (AutoCAD peferred)

Experience with GIS Software and understanding of Australian co-ordinate systems

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft Project

Client focussed, self motivated and a can-do attitude

A minimum of 12 months engineering experience is required, including a minimum of 6 months in hyrdaulic modelling and familiarity with relevant Australian Water Standards. – This is a full time position. The role offers the opportunity to learn from experienced engineers respected in the water engineering field and in time to work autonomously and as a team.

Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Required)

Experience:

Minimum of 12 months of experience is required in engineering

Minimum of 6 months experience in hydraulic modelling.
