We are seeking a motivated Engineering Technologist to join our dynamic team and support the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.

Job Summary

As an Engineering Technologist, you will play a key role in supporting the production team with technical expertise in process improvement, equipment design, data analysis, and machine capabilities. You’ll work hands-on with production teams to implement solutions that improve efficiency, safety, machine reliability and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment.

Collect and analyse data to support production efficiency and quality improvement initiatives.

Troubleshoot production issues and recommend corrective actions.

Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment or technology.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality assurance.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Ensure maintenance plans and schedules are followed to minimise downtime.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety practices.

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience with TECCO machines desirable.
