Auscarts Racing located in Port Melbourne operating 7 days a week and hosts numerous events from casual racing , product launches, conference packages, corporate events, Birthday parties and bucks and hens parties.

Auscarts is a state of the art Indoor Go karting facility which caters for patrons looking to experience the ultimate adrenalin at the "Only Place To Race"

We are looking for a person with a friendly disposition, good and verbal communication skills both on the phone and email. A team player who is willing to go above and beyond to achieve our customers expectations.

Daily duties and responsibilities include:

Answering and filtering phone calls, work closely with our bookings online sales customers, Greet walk in customers, process customers using our POS system, quotes for corporate bookings, using our online system to place bookings and send out invoices, emailing information packs, serve tickets and refreshments, answer emails with product knowledge, operate diary and timing system in accordance with Auscarts requirements, following up on enquiries, follow up on payments, social media posts and organising events from 6 drivers to 300 drivers, organising catering and trophies upgrades, meeting with potential customers for a walk through the venue, function set up, running sheets , suggestive selling and deploy basic social media and marketing. You must have knowledge of Microsoft Teams, outlook , excel and word. Customer service role will include putting through customers on arrival and using our POS System. Training and following Auscarts occupational health and safety policies and procedures.

Auscarts is looking for a person who can work closely wth our team to create social media posts and has a passion to create content relating to the Auscarts brand.

Auscarts is looking at hiring two part time employees hours Monday to Friday 9:30am - 4pm or negotiated hours.
