What You’ll Do

Run your own section during service (grill, fry, larder or pastry) with confidence.

Prepare, cook, and plate dishes to recipe and presentation standards.

Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Keep your section clean, organised, and compliant with food safety standards.

Rotate stock, minimise waste, and maintain prep levels for service.

Support and mentor junior kitchen team members.

Contribute ideas for menu specials and seasonal updates.

What We’re Looking For

Proven Chef de Partie experience (pub or high-volume venue preferred).

Strong cooking skills and ability to maintain standards during busy service.

Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures.

Team player with good communication skills.

Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (preferred but not essential).
