Client Coordinator

We are looking for a Client Coordinator to join our friendly and professional team at Alliance Clinics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives on organisation and problem-solving, and can keep a busy clinic running smoothly.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel welcome and informed. You will manage bookings, coordinate schedules, maintain accurate records and support both clients and clinicians. Every day will be different, and you will play a key role in making sure services are delivered on time and to a high standard.
In this role you will:
Welcome clients in person and over the phone, and explain next steps in their care
Arrange and adjust appointments to meet client needs and service plans
Maintain accurate and secure client records
Prepare quotes and service agreements, ensuring funding details are correct
Handle feedback and resolve straightforward issues, escalating when required
Support the induction of new team members and share updates on processes
We are looking for someone who:
Communicates clearly and confidently with people from all backgrounds
Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
Can manage multiple priorities and adapt when things change
Has solid skills in Microsoft Office and practice management systems
Works well independently but knows when to ask for guidance
