Senior Project Manager | Full-Time | Sydney

MMD Advisory, a leading Australian-owned project management consultancy, is seeking a high-level Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join our growing Sydney team on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a lead role delivering complex infrastructure and built environment projects through planning, design, approvals, and tender phases.

The Role

In this position, you will:

Lead the delivery of projects from early design through to tender readiness

Manage consultant procurement, design coordination, and authority approvals

Oversee stakeholder engagement and ensure effective communication with project partners

Prepare tender documentation, manage tender processes, and provide recommendations for contractor engagement

Maintain project budgets, programs, risks, and governance reporting

Provide leadership and guidance to junior project team members

About You

We are seeking an experienced and driven individual with:

8+ years of client-side project management experience, ideally in infrastructure, energy or commercial sectors

Strong knowledge of design management, DA processes, and tender preparation

Excellent stakeholder management and written communication skills

Qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline

A detail-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple priorities
