At G & G MARKWELL PTY LTD, we operate one of Queensland’s largest fleets of mobile crushing machines. We’re looking for a hands-on Crushing Manager to run our local and out-of-town crushing contracts, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality at every step. If you’re an operational leader with strong technical knowledge, this is your chance to take ownership and make an impact.

What You’ll Do

Lead the day-to-day operations of crushing and recycling projects.

Work with our workshop team to schedule maintenance and minimise downtime.

Drive safety culture, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practice.

Manage and develop a team of operators and technicians.

Analyse production data and implement process improvements.

Handle customer relations, quoting, and contract delivery.

What You’ll Bring

Experience as a Crushing Manager or in a similar operational leadership role.

Strong technical knowledge of crushing equipment, processes, and material specs.

Proven people leadership skills — able to train, motivate, and retain staff.

Solid background in maintenance scheduling and production optimisation.

High-level customer service and relationship management skills.

Relevant construction or mining qualifications (desirable).
