With a strong pipeline of work and a growing footprint across Queensland, they are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support and strengthen operations across the state.

This is a senior role that will see you working closely with the QLD State Manager to lead project delivery, mentor staff and drive performance in a fast paced and high volume environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing day to day operations and ensuring timely and high quality project delivery

Supporting and mentoring a team of supervisors, estimators and coordinators

Building strong relationships with insurers, assessors and subcontractors

Monitoring performance, managing KPIs and ensuring compliance standards are met

Identifying opportunities to improve systems, workflows and customer outcomes

Playing an active role in team leadership, culture and continuous improvement

We’re looking for someone with:

Experience in a senior leadership role within insurance building or construction

Strong understanding of building processes and insurance repair workflows

Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple moving parts

Excellent communication skills and a focus on stakeholder relationships

A proactive mindset and strong commercial acumen
