We’re looking for a full-time Pastry Chef to join our High St (Armadale) kitchen team. This role is ideal for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment and wants to grow their pastry skills while working with a supportive and passionate team.

Whether you already have experience in viennoiserie or are eager to learn, you’ll be trained in Lune’s processes, from preparation through to the finishing touches, and work alongside some of the best in the business.

What the role involves:

• Finishing Lune’s signature viennoiserie to exacting standards
• Following established systems for consistency, quality, and efficiency
• Supporting pastry prep, baking, and finishing tasks as required
• Maintaining kitchen hygiene, organisation, and food safety standards
• Working collaboratively with your team to deliver on production schedules

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years’ experience in a kitchen or pastry production environment
• Brings a strong work ethic, time management skills, and attention to detail
• Is confident using commercial kitchen tools and processes
• Is open to learning and thrives in a team environment
• Has full working rights in Australia and can work full-time hours
