Your Role:

Station Management and Food Preparation:

Execute innovative dishes that highlight the best of Daylesford's seasonal bounty, maintaining Bistro Terroir's reputation for French Heritage and excellence.

Supervision and Training:

Play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth workflow and fostering a positive working environment within their team.

Inventory Control and Quality Assurance:

Responsible for monitoring the inventory of their station, ensuring that ingredients are fresh and properly stored.

Your Skills & Experience:

Proven past experience in a similar role.

A passion for regional, seasonal cuisine and a commitment to using high-quality ingredients.

Strong communication skills.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

A keen eye for detail and a dedication to maintaining high standards.
