Chef de Partie required for a well-established hospitality business at the Shell Club located at 76 Purnell Road, Corio VIC 3214. Prospective applicants must have good prior experience of working commercially as a chef.

Our venue offers a busy 7-day bistro trade and a large function room, providing a variety of service styles and the opportunity to broaden your skills while working in a supportive and professional kitchen environment.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality meals, maintain a clean and organised section, and assist in developing specials using fresh, quality ingredients.
