What you’ll be doing:

Keep our safety databases accurate & up to date

Track training, incident reports & subcontractor compliance

Manage document control and safety records

Support workers compensation admin & payroll coordination

Assist with audits and continuous improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for:

Experience in quality admin & HSEQ systems

Strong organisational and time management skills

Clear communicator, confident with MS Office

Calm under pressure and ready to adapt in a fast-paced environment
